What sizes do you offer?
Please refer to our Size Guide for more details.

How should I care for my garments?
Our pieces are made from natural or blended fabrics.
We recommend:
- Hand wash in cold water for best results
- If machine washing, use cold water on a gentle cycle with low spin
- Do not tumble dry — flat dry or hang to dry naturally

** All linens are pre-shrunk before garments are made **

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this stage — we're keeping our packaging minimal and eco-conscious. 

When will my order arrive?
We ship weekly on Wednesdays. Orders placed after Tuesday 5pm roll over to the next week.
Delivery usually takes 1 - 4 working days in South Africa.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Can I collect my order in person?
Yes! You're welcome to collect your order from our pickup point:

Do you accept returns?
Yes , we offer store credit or exchange, and refunds on faulty items.
Returns are not accepted on sale items, international orders or items damaged through misuse.

Why aren’t all colours shown in product photos?
Our garments are made in small batches and sometimes colours launch early or in very limited quantities. If a colour isn’t pictured, rest assured it’s held to our same high standard — always crafted with care and quality. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery timelines vary based on destination. Please note: we do not currently accept returns on international orders.
