We hope you love your Sunseed Threads garment, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items with manufacturing flaws or incorrect sizing. Items must be:

❖ We offer store credit or exchange on standard returns.

❖ Refunds are only issued on items that are faulty or flawed due to our error.

❖ No returns or exchanges on sale items, international orders or items damaged due to customer negligence.

❖ Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

❖ Customers are responsible for return courier fees unless the return is due to a mistake or flaw from our side.
